


Tom is the Chef and Co-owner of 2 FatGuys American Grill and Catering.
Tom grew up in South Jersey and got his first job in the restaurant business at the age of 15. Tom attended the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing NJ and later Salisbury State University in MD. After college, Tom spent 10 years with Ruby Tuesday honing his skills as a restaurant operator.
In 2004, Tom and his best friend and Co Ruby Tuesday Alum Jeff Cook started 2 FatGuys Catering, the catering company took off after they started providing their services to production companies for television and feature films. Their clients have included Trading Spaces, Bon Jovi, Deadliest Catch, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Dinner and Restaurant Impossible featuring Chef Robert Irvine, Ghost Hunters, and the Oscar Nominated “The Wrestler” just to name a few.
In 2005, Jeff and Tom opened 2 FatGuys American Grill in Hockessin DE. 2FG quickly became one of the most popular independent causal dinning places in New Castle County.
Building on the success of the Hockessin location Jeff and Tom opened up their second 2 FatGuys on May 26th 2011 in Greenville DE. Known for their Award Winning Burgers, Wings and Creative Sauces, 2 FatGuys also has a diverse menu with something for everyone including fresh salads, 2 different kids menus and their famous Poached Pear and Molasses baby back ribs.
Jeff Cook currently lives in North Wilmington with his wife and 2 sons.
Tom Craft lives in Hockessin with his wife and 3 daughters.
